The Tauber Team was tasked to aggressively analyze current logistic costs and trade terms within Stoneridge Inc.’s global supply chain, then create a model for strategic implementation across Stoneridge’s manufacturing plants in order to maintain or improve customer fill rates while reducing logistics costs by 2.5%.
