U-M programs remain strong in Best Graduate Schools rankings

Ann Arbor, MI – The University of Michigan continues to be recognized as a higher education leader in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings of graduate programs.  

In the U.S. News & World Report most recent graduate program ranking, the U-M College of Engineering earned 5th place among the Best Engineering Schools and the Stephen M. Ross School of Business placed 12th among the Best Business Schools. Among the master's specialty programs ranked individually by U.S. News & World Report, U-M earned several high rankings, including:

U.S. News & World Report also highlighted the contribution of institutes affiliated with the Ross School of Business to the U-M student experience, mentioning in particular the Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise and the Tauber Institute for Global Operations. In 2012, the Tauber Institute for Global Operations was awarded the first UPS George D. Smith Prize for effective and innovative preparation of students to be good practitioners of operations research, management science, or analytics.
