Meet the Team: Tauber Staff
Institute staff create the connections between business+engineering students, faculty, and industry that are fundamental to the mission of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations.
Mary Crosby comes to the Tauber Institute with a multi-disciplinary background across global operations, including purchasing and global quality supply chain management, information systems consulting, project management, as well as entrepreneurial endeavors. Her previous experience includes working at Fiat-Chrysler (now Stellantis), including leading a $2B North American purchasing team & extensive large-scale programs, team management, managing global and local suppliers, as well as developing business process improvements.
During Mary's decades spent in the automotive industry, she has held several certifications, including the American Society for Quality Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and the Institute of Supply Chain Management Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
Mary is a proud Wolverine, having earned both her B.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
