Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning at Johnson & Johnson
I have over 9 years of Supply Chain Strategy, Transformation and Planning experience in a variety of roles within consulting, retail, heavy industry manufacturing, and “zero waste” fashion. After starting my career with McKinsey in their Supply Chain Practice, I transitioned into industry leading global supply chain strategy programs at Cummins and vendor collaboration and replenishment optimization at Target.
In my current role at Johnson & Johnson, I am responsible for building Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as a strategic capability for Consumer North America. The core operational concepts, analytical methodologies, leadership frameworks, and real word experience gained through the Tauber program was absolutely instrumental in helping me add tremendous value right out of school. Specifically, my team project leading a multi-brand distribution network optimization at Masco Cabinetry enabled me to gain valuable team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical modeling skills that I was able to leverage week 1 upon graduating.
