Sridhar Kota

Professor Sridhar Kota is the Herrick Professor of Engineering in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Michigan. A career highlight was serving as the Assistant Director for Advanced Manufacturing under President Obama and developing policy recommendations and implementation strategies to enhance U.S. competitiveness and foster innovation-based manufacturing of emerging technologies.
