2008 Team Projects

The Tauber Institute officially announced its 2008 summer team projects at the spring kick-off dinner held on March 3 at the Michigan Union.  Twenty projects were sponsored by top firms around the globe.  New project sponsors included Cisco, Schlumberger, Seattle Children's Hospital, Target, and UPS.

Each two- to three-person team was made up of at least one engineering and one MBA student.  Along with receiving high-level corporate support from the company, each team was advised by a College of Engineering and a Ross School of Business faculty member, as well as a Tauber Institute Co-Director.  The projects officially got under way on May 5 and continued for 14 weeks over the summer.
